Men's Health List of 10 Healthy Foods

Nice list, I don't want to forget them so here they are.

Dried Plums, fights some nasty oxidizing radical or something.

Roasted Pumpkin seeds, shell and all. Fiber and magnesium.

Goji berries. Never heard of them. Highest ORAC rating of any fruit. That measures antioxidant power, they say.

That pomwonderful juice of pomegranate. Good for BP, heart, and lots of Vit C.

Purslane, a salad/herb that is super high in omega-3 and melatonin antioxidant. Never heard of it either. Try mexican or asian markets.

Cinnamon! 1/4 teaspoon a day for six weeks reduced blood sugar, triglycerides, and something else that should be reduced. Look it up, it's called Google.

Swis Chard helps your eyes and some other stuff resist UV and aging. Good stuff. Well, it wouldn't be on the list if it wasn't, would it?

Guava. Guys, one word, lycopene. Antioxidant that fights, among other things, prostate cancer.

Cabbage, raw is best, slaw, on a burger, whatever. It's got sufla something and it's a real cancer fighter. Cabbage, cabish?

Beet, red, raw, sweet. Grate them and dash on some vinegar. Slice them and toss on toss salads. They are great at fighting heart disease. But that's not all! If you act now, get a boat load of antioxidant power, too.

Now, step away from the Snicker bar!
